Všechny Xperie dostávají CyanogenMod
Od uživatelů
Po Samsungu a jeho podpoře GalaxyII Cyanogen ROMkou udělal tento stejný krok i Sony Ericsson. Všechny Xperie z roku 2010 (Xperia X10, X10 Mini, X10 Mini Pro, X8) a z roku 2011 (Xpera arc, Xperia Ray, Xperia Mini, Xperia Mini Pro, Xperia Neo, Xperia PLAY, Xperia Pro, Xperia Active)dostali oficiální podporu od CyanogenModu. Na spolupráci se podílel hlavně FreeXperia Team z XDA, ale také Sony Ericsson, který vývojářům poskytl 20 telefonů na vyvíjení.
